So for starters this blog/podcast is about my life being an executive chef. I use this as a platform to express my feeling and to decompress my day. Its set up is like bill burrs podcast. I just go off on random tangents on my way home or to work. The topics may include sports (nba,nfl,soccer,mlb), advice, tech news, world events, others stories, interviews, and anything that comes to mind. My blog is more for transcribed versions of the podcast. I also post various topics
